New Gov. Administration on Listening Tour

Governor-Elect Walz and Lt. Governor-Elect Flanagan will be spending the next five days on a statewide “One Minnesota Listening Tour”. The purpose of the tour is to hear from folks across the state about their priorities for the incoming administration as well as characteristics they hope to see in their commissioners and Administration.

ARRM is encouraging any member that is located in the tour stops to attend these events and speak up on behalf of the disability community. With this new administration come new opportunities to forge strong relationships and develop champions on our behalf. It’s important that we share the challenges that we are facing and our vision and opportunities that we see for services for people with disabilities moving forward.

Please contact Sara Grafstrom at sgrafstrom@arrm.org with any questions or request for additional resources or view the Governor-Elect’s website for more information.
